Lead times
It is important to note that there is no impact on our supply chain and lead times due to the hands on approach from the directors of the company. We have planned our stock well in advance to minimise wait time.

Contactless Delivery Services
If you are expecting a delivery from us, our transport partners have increased their cleanliness routines and ensure all workers are fit and healthy to continue their duties. All of our delivery teams will be signature free either signing on your behalf or photographing the delivered order.

In circumstances where large items will be brought inside or assembled, the delivery team will take some extra precautions. Expect a call prior to arrival to ensure no one in the household is in quarantine or has been exposed to a known case of CODIV-19 in the last 14 days. For assembly services, we ask that there is a free area in the home to complete the service to build your furniture away from others.

Contactless Pick Up
If you would like to pick your order up simply choose this service at our online checkout. We will let you know what day your order will be ready to collect from and provide further details based on location. When you arrive to collect phone us and a team member will bring the item(s) to you.
