Hommey Giveaway

• Eligibility: The giveaway is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of Trit House, Hommey, and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the giveaway
• How to Enter: To enter the giveaway, participants must follow @trit.house and @hommey on Instagram, tag a friend in the comments section of the giveaway post (multiple tags equate to multiple entries), and share the post to their Story for an additional entry.
• Entry Period: The giveaway opens on Tuesday, 25th June 2024 and closes on Monday, 1st July 2024, at 12:00 PM AEST. Entries submitted after this time will not be considered.
• Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The selection will be conducted within 24 hours of the competition closing.
• Prizes: The prize includes one (1) Morgan Queen Bed valued at $2410 from Trit House and one (1) $1000 Hommey voucher. The prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
• Notification: The winner will be notified via Direct Message on Instagram within 24 hours of the competition closing. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 48 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
• Publicity: By entering the giveaway, participants agree to the use of their Instagram username and entry content for promotional purposes, including announcing the winner on social media platforms.
• Instagram Disclaimer: This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. Participants release Instagram from any responsibility related to the giveaway.
• Delivery: Prizes will be emailed to the recipient or delivered to metro areas only. Trit House reserves the right to withhold delivery to remote or rural locations.
• Scam Awareness: Participants are advised to beware of scam accounts and refrain from engaging with any accounts impersonating Trit House or Hommey. The winner will be contacted only from the official @trit.house and @hommey Instagram accounts.
• Acceptance of Terms: Participation in the giveaway constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
• Modification or Termination: Trit House reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice.
• Governing Law: The giveaway and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of Australia.
