Terms of Sale

Premium Styling Service Terms & Conditions

Styling Service

  • A fully redeemable prepayment of $450 covers up to three rooms, with additional spaces quoted separately.
  • This prepayment is redeemable upon payment of a specific package price over $8,000 if used within six months.
  • Trit House reserves the right to give out, amend, retract, or cancel a package price.
  • Package prices are subject to a case-by-case assessment and are not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  • Communication for the Styling Service is strictly via email only.
  • The final styling recommendation will take approximately 10 working days to finalise.

Order Cancellations & Change of Mind

General Policy
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. Once goods have been dispatched, collected, or taken from the store, they are no longer eligible for a change-of-mind return.

Cancellations
If you change your mind before your order has been dispatched, collected, or taken from our premises, a full store credit may be issued.

Exception: Custom orders, made-to-order items, clearance, floor stock, display stock, end of line, and final sale items are not eligible for cancellation and are considered a final sale from the time of purchase.

This policy does not exclude or limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Pre-order

By placing a Pre-order, you understand that we only provide an estimated delivery timeframe. We cannot guarantee a delivery date for Pre-order items as they are subject to freight factors and customs clearance. Every customer is important to us and we endeavour to provide you with the most accurate delivery information available.

Delivery

To arrange delivery, customers are kindly requested to book in advance, as delivery schedules tend to fill up quickly. We recommend booking at least two weeks in advance for standard deliveries.

If you have a specific delivery date, event, or deadline, please notify us at least one month in advance to ensure we can accommodate your request accordingly.

Please note that all delivery bookings are subject to scheduling availability at the time of confirmation.
